Founder and operator with experience building products, teams, and companies from zero to scale. Previously led a dedicated growth function within Science Inc.’s mobile division, built a social platform reaching 250K daily users, and founded a 50-person studio that delivered a large-scale digital program for Nike. Leads Serena’s strategy and product development.
Co-founder
Board-certified psychiatrist with more than 20 years in clinical practice. Her experience brings a longitudinal clinical perspective to how psychiatric condition changes, presents, and is understood over time. At Serena, she leads the clinical grounding of the work on psychiatric stability.
Evidence & Validation
Physician epidemiologist, former Chief Medical Officer for the State of Colorado, and CDC-trained Epidemic Intelligence Service officer. She is the author of Before the Next Crisis, published by Columbia University Press, and has worked across public health, evidence, and health systems. At Serena, she leads evidence strategy and prospective validation.
Clinical Informatics & Workflow
Psychiatrist and clinical informaticist with leadership experience across San Francisco’s public behavioral-health system and academic medicine. Her work sits at the intersection of psychiatric care, clinical systems, and operational workflow. At Serena, she guides clinical informatics, workflow design, and how the work fits into real care settings.
